Jungle Jive Concerts
…come hear local teen-talent perform in the Library Atrium, otherwise known as "The Jungle."
The Jungle Jive Concerts are performed by talented teens from the Fox Valley. They are a great opportunity for teens to perform for a supportive audience in a casual atmosphere.
Who are the performers?
Teens and young adults from the Fox Valley, grades 7-12 or early college. Performers can be a band, a duo, or a solo musical artist. Musical types can be rock, pop, jazz, ska, classical, etc. If you have another performance idea that you think might work (poetry, monologue, skit, or something else) let us know!
When & Where?
The Jungle Jive Concerts are performed Tuesday evenings, 7 - 8 pm, in the Appleton Public Library's Atrium.
What else do I need to know?
Performers need to have about one hour's worth of material, original songs or covers. Sets can be repeated.. Performers must bring their own equipment (instruments, amps, microphones, etc.). Concerts are free to the public. Performers will be compensated.
