1. Put in a request

Visit (fastest) or, if you don't have email, call 920-832-6177 to put in a request. We can grab any holds you or your family have waiting and up to five additional items. At this time we can only fill requests for items that are currently available at Appleton Public Library

2. Wait to hear from us

Our staff will gather your items. If we can’t find one of your requests, we can have a staff member pick out a great alternative.

3. Schedule your pick-up

Once your items are ready we'll send an email for you to self-schedule a pickup if you provided your email address (fastest), or we’ll call you to figure out a time that would work. We expect a high demand and have limited staff on-site per Governor Evers’ Orders. Please be patient while we work through the list.

4. Pick-up your items

Once your scheduled time has come, drive up to the front of the library and give us a call at 920-832-6179. Please be ready to let the staff answering know your Name and Request ID# so they can confirm it’s you. Please stay in your car or behind the designated line if you walked or biked while our staff put out your items and return to the building.

5. Enjoy!

We will make every effort to make this process accessible to all of our patrons. If you require additional help, please call 920-832-6177 and we will try to arrange alternative accomodations.
